Privacy Policy

How we look after the details you share with us. We keep this simple, and we never sell or share your information.

Last updated: 20 June 2026

This policy explains how Level Groundworks ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you contact us or use our website at level-groundworks.co.uk. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and carry out work you ask us to quote for:

  • Details you send us through the contact form — your name, phone number, and, if you provide them, your email address, project location and a description of the work.
  • Details you give us directly when you call, text, WhatsApp or email us.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange a visit and carry out any work you go on to instruct. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and, where you become a customer, performance of a contract with you. We will only use your details for the enquiry you contacted us about — never to send marketing you did not ask for.

Who handles your information

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the website and receive enquiries:

  • Form delivery — contact form submissions are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards them to our inbox.
  • Email — enquiries reach us by email and are stored in our email account.
  • Website hosting — the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.

These providers only process your information so that we can receive and reply to your enquiry. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits and see which pages are useful. It is cookieless and does not track you across other websites or build a profile of you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, just contact us using the details below and we will help.
